The Lowenstein House was built in 1897 by Abraham Lowenstein who was known as one of the largest egg and wool distributors west of the Mississippi River.
The Lowenstein House Bed & Breakfast features three luxurious rooms that will suit any guest.
The large, private En Suite room will entice you as you enter to find a cozy fireplace, and a beautiful seating/reading area in the Victorian era turret. Sleeping accommodations include: King Size Bed with a Specialty Sleep memory foam mattress, Egyptian Cotton Sheets and down-feather comforter for added luxury. Additional accommodations include: 39" flat screen television with digital cable and DVD player. The attached Private Bathroom offers plush bath robes, a large dressing room and walk-in closet.
As you walk into the "red room" you will immediately be drawn to the gorgeous bay windows. This beautiful room offers a King size bed with Egyptian Cotton Sheets and down-feather comforter, television with digital cable and DVD player. You will feel relaxed while sitting on the sofa where you can read your favorite book. Additional accommodations include: two built-in closets and plush robes. Although the bathroom is not attached to the room, it is just a few steps away at the end of the hallway.
You may also "rent the house". This includes the two rooms listed above in addition you will be able to use the third room or the "orange room". This room offers a queen size bed with Egyptian Cotton Sheets, television, and a small desk. Additional accommodations include: a built-closet and plush robes. The forth bedroom is next to the shared bathroom. It has a Rod Iron full size bed with a large walk-in closet.

A beautiful Victorian parlor room allows for visiting or reading at any time.
Breakfast is served in the main dining room at 8:00 am on Saturday & Sunday (special requests may be available) and 7:15 am Monday - Friday.
Coffee, Water, Milk and Juices are always available.
